Abstract:
    The present invention discloses method and device of extracting superfine coal powder from fine powder separator. The device includes conic outer impact barrel fixed to the lower conic end of the fine powder separator, inner impact separator barrel fixed inside the impact separator, and air exhaust pipe set below the impact separator. The separation method includes for the rotating air flow in the conic part of the fine powder separator under the action of the negative pressure of the air exhaust pipe to enter the long and narrow channel of the tangent guide board around the circular impact separator in 150-180 deg change of flow direction, for the fine coal powder particle with less inertia to enter the air exhaust channel with the air flow, and for the large particle with great inertia to be separated in the said device. The present invention has the advantages of capacity of collecting low-NOx fuel, lowered NOx exhaust, and raised fine powder separating efficiency.
