Abstract:
     The invention discloses a self-adjusting device of powder coal ash sorting zero-pressure stagnation point, which is characterized by the following: setting the pressure transmitter on the pipe around the original ash bin blanking hole of powder coal ash sorting system; connecting the pressure analogue signal of pressure transmitter with the programmable controller or computer; comparing with the preset value through analogue/digital conversion to proceed PID calculation; outputting the data through connecting the controlled electrical adjustment valve; connecting the electrical adjustment valve on the pipe between main fan outlet and fine ash bin. The invention improves the intelligent atomization degree and precise control, which is beneficial to improve the sorting quality and efficiency.
