Abstract:
    An apparatus for automatically adjusting zero pressure critical point for fly ash separation. Installing pressure transmitter on the pipes around the raw ash depot of fly ash separation system, and the pressure analog signal output by pressure transducer connects to the programmable controller or computer, the signal is processed by A/D converting, comparing with the preset value, PID operation, D/A converting, and output to the connection control electric regulating valve, which is connected to the pipe between main air blower outlet and fine ash depot. The utility model has leading technology, high intellectualization and automatically, control accuracy, and benefit to increase the quality and efficiency of separation.
