Abstract:
     The invention relates to a method for producing cyclone device. Wherein, the cylinder, taper, and bottom flow off are made from double metal-layer anti-friction steel plates; and said steel plates are made by compounding anti-friction layers on the basic body via overlay wedding method. The surface of overlay body is smooth and uniform, which can confirm the stability and separate efficiency of flow field. The invention makes cyclone device with metallic composite material, with simple process, lower cost and long service life.
