| The utility model relates to an inner circulation cyclone separator which is a separating device for the unhomogeneous phase substance with high efficiency. Said device comprises an outer cylinder, a cyclone chamber, a tangential inlet pipe, and an overflow pipe; the tangential inlet pipe penetrates into the outer cylinder wall from the outside, and is connected with the lower part of the cyclone chamber along the circumference of the cyclone chamber in tangential direction; the cyclone chamber is a cylinder which is suspended above the center of the outer cylinder and extends upwards, and the upper part of the cyclone chamber is an opening in shape of a horn, moreover, the lower part is a cone cap with a pore on its center; the overflow pipe is suspended right above the cyclone chamber; the bottom of the outer cylinder is equipped with a sand-discharging opening; the bottom of the outer cylinder can also serve as a collecting chamber. The beneficial effects of said device are that: the separating efficiency of the cyclone device can act well as the centrifuge; the process can be shortened; the sand can be discharged at definite time with high density to simplify the process and reduce the loss of continuous phase process fluid. | |||
