Abstract:
    An effective whirlwind separating the device which comprises a separating chamber. The sidewall of the separation chamber top part is positioned the air inlet pipe at tangential direction, the exhaust pipes above the separation chamber, and an ash bucket is connected to the bottom of the separation chamber. Said air inlet pipe up tilt. The angle between said air inlet pipe and horizontal direction is 5-30 degrees. Such a design generates an upward component velocity when air current with solid motes enter into the cyclone separator, improving air flow allocation on the inlet section, weakening the top ash ring, and raising the separation efficiency of the cyclone separator effectively.
