Abstract:
    The utility model relates to a cyclone fractionator for smoke desulfurization and pressure stabilizing, which can resolve the problem, that the desulphurization residues and the desulfurizer unreacted can be separated after being collected by the ash remover, existing in current smoke cycle fluidized bed dry desulfurization procedure, and provides a cyclone fractionator equipment capable of substantially fractionation of the desulphurization residues and the desulfurizer unreacted, and stabilizing the wind pressure of a fractionator, and enhance the utilization of the desulfurizer and the desulfurization efficiency. The cyclone fractionator includes a main cylinder, an invert tapered cylinder, a taper ash unload bucket, an air inlet, an air outlet, and two coaxial cylinders within the main cylinder, wherein, the interior cylinder is disposed in the outer one whose upper end is connected with the main cylinder. Fan blades are installed at the upper opening of the interior cylinder. The surfaces of the interior and outer cylinders have been opened holes which can completely coincide when the interior cylinder is rotated to the corresponding position. The cyclone fractionator is a high efficient fractionation device, without power, capable of insurance fractionation of the particles in the smoke containing ash, and automatic adapting the fluctuation of the quantity and speed of the smoke.
