Abstract:
    The gravity ore dressing method and apparatus adopts continuous tail tailing throwing in the circumferential direction of the curbed cavity and continuous ore concentrate discharging in the bottom center of the curbed cavity. The present invention features that one cyclonic water power generator is set in the lower part of the ore slurry holding cavity to provide the ore slurry with cyclonic water power, upward force and radial thrust, so that the ore slurry forms speed difference eddy flow, layered turning and opposite flows, the heavy ore flows toward the bottom center while the light ore moves toward the periphery for efficient separation. In the same time, the combined effects of the curved cavity with the ore feeder, ore thrower, concentrate discharger and cyclonic water power generator, coarse dressing region, fine dressing region and scavenging region are formed in the curved cavity to realize the combined dressing process.
