Abstract:
     This invention discloses a centrifugal roller able to endure high temperature and brushing, which comprises the roller blank parent, protective layer on the outskirt of the parent. This invention also discloses a process method, which comprises the following steps: adopting general steel material to get roller parent; wielding the roller circle by use of manganese and steel wielding wire and carbon dioxide automatic wielding machine; drilling cool water into the inner hole of the roller to form the centrifugal manganese steel protective layer; then processing the centrifugal roller to get the needed centrifugal roller with protective layer.
