| The invention relates to a dual-pump drive hydraulic station used in lie screw eccentric machine, which comprises an oil bank, the first variable pump, a variable-frequency motor, and a hydraulic motor. Wherein, the first variable pump is connected to the oil bank, and via the coupling connected to the variable-frequency pump; the first variable pump via the first one-way valve and high-pressure is connected to the hydraulic motor; the first variable pump is parallel connected to the second variable pump; the second variable pump via the coupling is connected to a motor and the second one-way valve; the second one-way valve is connected to the high-pressure oil pipeline. In operation, first starting the motor in full-load operation; adjusting the set flux of second variable pump to meet the minimum differential speed of material; when the material need higher differential speed, starting the variable-frequency motor, the rotational speed via the coupling can be transmitted to the first variable pump to change the discharge amount of first variable pump to supply high differential speed to the eccentric machine. The invention via adding the hydraulic motor and increasing the differential rotational speed adjusting range, can increase the stability of hydraulic system. | |||
