Abstract:
    The utility new model discloses a breaking plant of a horizontal spiral unloading filtering centrifuge which can crush the material beforehand homogeneously. Its structure comprises a hopper, a hopper has a blade axis, and a blade axis has a blade. A discharge hole of the hopper is connected with a feed end of a rotary drum of the centrifuge through a feeding device. The feeding device is chiefly composed of a shaft sleeve which is connected with the feed end of the rotary drum, and a spiral feeding rod, connected with screw. The suspending liquid material entered into the rotary drum can be crushed beforehand and the size, shape of the solid ingredient can be homogeneous. So the material in the rotary drum can be arranged more homogeneous to make the entire operation of equipment more stable when the traditional horizontal spiral unloading filtering centrifuge is equipped the crusher as we mentioned before.
