Abstract:
    The utility new model discloses an upper suspension type double-stage unloading centrifugal which is provided with a double stage centrifugal discharge unit is structured mainly by body unit. Body unit is chiefly composed of body, cover and feed pipe. Power transmission unit is chiefly composed of motor and spindle ;centrifugal discharge unit is chiefly composed of the first-level centrifugal discharge unit and the second-level centrifugal discharge unit, the first-level centrifugal discharge unit is chiefly composed of inner cover case and rotary drum. The discharge path is formed between body and inner cover. A path for liquor is formed between the barrel of rotary drum and inner cover case. The second-level centrifugal discharge unit is chiefly composed of the second-level body, the second-level inner cover case and the second-level rotary drum. The second-level feed pipe is connected with the discharge path, mentioned before. The second-level discharge path is formed between the second-level body and the second-level inner cover. The second-level path for liquor is formed between the barrel of rotary drum and the second-level inner cover. The advantage of it is that it can make the material separated again, in consequence whittled down moisture content of the filter cake andwidened serviceable range of the centrifuge.
