Abstract:
    A separation device which removes cutting fluid adhering to the surface of cutting scraps, includes: a separation container, which is opened at the upper part, the sidewall upwards and declining extends to the outside of radius direction and a plurality of cutting fluid discharging holes are formed on the sidewall; a drive source for rotating the separation container; a cutting fluid discharging container, which has a sidewall encircling with the said separation container, at least one part of the sidewall is the same height or below the upper edge of the sidewall of the separation container; a cutting scraps discharging container, which has a sidewall encircling with the said cutting fluid discharging container. A great amount of cutting scraps with cutting fluid is threw into the separation container from top of the separation container, the cutting fluid is separated from the cutting scraps by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the separation container, the cutting fluid flows into the cutting fluid discharging container through the cutting fluid discharging holes, the cutting scraps rise along the inner surface of the sidewall of the separation container, and over the top edge of the sidewall and transmitted into the cutting scraps discharging container.
