Abstract:
     The present invention provides one kind of quartz tail sand floating collecting agent consists of re-compounded amine, glacial acetic acid, diesel oil and pinitol oil. The floatation process by using the quartz tail sand floating collecting agent includes adding sulfuric acid to quartz tail sand, adding the floating collecting agent to compound slurry, and inflating floatation of the quartz tail sand in slurry inside a floatation machine to obtain fine sand. The said quartz tail sand floating collecting agent is water soluble, has excellent selectivity and low temperature performance. The present invention can simplify pre-treatment, has low cost and stable quality of the fine sand, and may be used in the comprehensive utilization of quartz tail sand.
