    The invention provides a double-flow vesicular floating method and device, which comprises an inlet, a pulp divider, a wind chamber, a floating barrel, a finished ore receiving tank and a debris exit, wherein the lower of the pulp divider connects no less than one mineralizing group, the mineralizing group comprises the connected upper plasm output pipe, double-faced vesicular mineralizing apparatus and the down plasm output pipe, the upper of the upper plasm output pipe is connected with the pulp divider, the double-faced vesicular mineralizing apparatus is connected with the wind chamber through the airway, the lower of the down plasm output pipe is set in the cave of the floating barrel. Said invention applies the double-flow floating method, and the pulp can be mineralized absolutely in the double-faced vesicular mineralizing apparatus, then it will be ejected to the floating barrel to form the relative laminar flow and be sorted gradually, by which can select the low-ash cleaned coal effectively, and the greatest lower limit can reach to 10 micrometer.
