| The paigeite ore dressing process is a combined technological process includes grinding, cationic positive floating ascharite and magnetic separation. The paigeite ore is first ground continuously to fineness of 360 mesh component accounting 95 %; and then cationic positive floated to obtain ascharite via grading machine feeding, the first step floating, the second step floating and the third step floating at normal temperature, with dodecylamine as collecting agent and sodium hexametaphospahte as regulator and under controlled ore pulp concentration. The floated tail ore is magnetically separated in magnetically separating machine. The paigeite ore dressing process produces two kinds of product, boron concentrate with B2O3 content of 10-30 % and iron concentrate with Fe content of 50-65 %. | |||
