Abstract:
     The present invention relates to an impurity-removing purification floatation process for sulfur concentrate, belonging to the metallurgical chemical field. Its technical core is characterized by changing the traditional mode of using sulfuric acid to burn slag and separate iron into the mode of floating and purifying iron sulfide as raw material for producing sulfuric acid, using produced high-grade iron sulfide concentrate to make acid and making the slag-burned iron grade be directly reached to requirement for smelting iron and can obtain refined iron powder, so that 100% of burned slag can be utilized. Said process has two contents, one is to cyanide tail slay of gold concentrate which is one of sulfuric acid raw material and remove impurity and another is to purify sulfur concentrate. Said invention can make vitriol plant not only produce sulfuric acid, but also produce iron concentrate powder and gold.
