Abstract:
    An adjusting-device for the air of dust-catcher combined with electrical-cloth comprises a casing of horizontal dust-catcher and an adjusting-shaft whose turning is controlled by computer. The adjusting shaft is actively connected with the horizontal dust-catcher casing. It also includes a diversion-impeller controlled by the adjusting shaft for its turning. The diversion-impeller is set into groups among which there are at least two groups. And there are at least two diversion impellers in each group. The power-inlet end of the adjusting shaft is linked with one end of the shaft coupling. The other end of the shaft coupling is connected with the outlet shaft of reducer. The inlet-shaft of reducer is connected with the electrical actuator controlled by the computer for its action. A multi-holes board is installed on the rear part of diversion impeller group. Automatically adjusting the spreading of gas in the cross-section of dust-catcher guarantees the dust cleaning efficiency of electrical dust-cleaning chamber. The dust-bag has a long service life and the maintaining-cost is reduced.
