Abstract:
     The invention relates to a dry-type vibration high-gradient magnetic separator, belonging to the dry-type continuous electrical magnetic separator for removing iron and purifying the nonmetal mineral. The rotary ring 1 of said machine is supported on the main vibration spring 26 of vibration device 6; the vibration motor 7 of rotary ring is mounted on the vibration motor support 5 which is supported by vibration device 6; the main shaft of rotary ring 1 transfers the torque via the tire coupling 8; the outer plates 35 of two magnetic funnels 10 are connected to the bolt of vibration motor support 5; the feeding system 9 is hanged on four damping springs while a feeding funnel vibration motor 12 is mounted on the lower part of vibration feeding box 17. The inventive device utilizes vibration feeding, continuous vibration selection and vibration discharging magnetic matters to separate the magnetic mineral and nonmagnetic mineral via the gravity, magnetic force and vibration force, which can realize the continuous production of fine weak magnetic mineral dry-type strong magnetic selection. The invention has strong magnetic force with high iron-removing rate, continuous producing and large producing ability.
