Abstract:
     The first separation process for lean magnetic iron ore includes: crushing ore in a jaw crusher, magnetizing and dry separating with magnetizing wheel, crushing in a hammer crusher, sieving with a roller screen, pumping ore material of granulation smaller than 4 mm with one slurry pump to a magnetic separator while returning large ore material to the hammer crusher, separating in the magnetic separator to obtain ore product and tailing, recovering tailing in a recovering machine to obtain iron ore powder, and sieving in a roller screen to separate out sand and other waste. The present invention has low investment, low water and power consumption and raised iron powder grade.
