| The present invention relates to iron ore dressing technology, and is especially low grade lean magnetite powder separating process. The technological process includes crushing magnetite ore into mixture powder in a crusher, conveying mixture of grain size smaller than 10 mm into storage bin, sieving in a 3.5 mm pore size roller screen while adding water, returning the oversize for re-crushing, and magnetically separating the undersize in a magnetic separator to obtain grade-50 magnetite powder. The present invention has low investment, simple technological process, low cost, and low power and water consumption. | |||
