Abstract:
    The invention relates the method for producing magnetic iron ore from brown iron ore, comprising the following steps: squashing and screening brown iron ore to -0.074mm80%, mixing the brown iron ore powder and composite addition agent, palletizing with disk pelletizer; putting the green-ball into chain mat machine, drying, consolidating, heating, and then putting them into rotary kiln; cooling, magnetic cobbing, and getting crude ore. Treat the crude ore with wet-type ball grinding method, carry out magnetic selection, remove ore with silicon and aluminium, and get the product. The invention has the advantages of reducing the crude ore grade, saving the energy consumption and reducing the cost.
