Abstract:
     This invention relates to method and centrifuge to separate apple seed during apple juice preparation process. Lead apple fruit to centrifuge, separate 85~95% flesh; de-juice and dewater to remainder wet mixture; put dried mixture to gravity separator; on the action of vibrating screen and a certainty wind speed, separate apple weed and little mixture of flesh and pericarp. The matched centrifuge comprises centrifugal separation cavity; fix the rotation shaft of pulping and striking device two end plates of centrifugal separation cavity, fix filter screen out the centrifugal separation cavity; on another end plate of centrifugal separation cavity there in provided with a motor and transmission reducing machine connected to filter screen, the screen rotates opposite the pulping and striking device. Many experiments show that the method is reliable, high efficiency, good separation effect and has great economic benefit for apple processors.
