Abstract:
     The present invention is opened three-section swirler process of producing powdered concentrated phosphate rock. Technologically, the three-section swirler process includes opened primary selection or grading in the section I swirler of 500 mm diameter to obtain the ultimate powdered concentrated phosphate rock I, the opened scavenging or grading in the section II swirler of 250 mm diameter to obtain the ultimate powdered concentrated phosphate rock II, and opened re-scavenging or desliming in the section III swirler of 125 mm diameter to obtain the ultimate powdered concentrated phosphate rock III. The present invention reforms the opened three-section swirler process on the basis of available closed five-section swirler process through redesign, and the swirler of different sections has the ratio between ore slurry feeding port diameter and the barrel diameter of 0.19-0.21. The present invention has simple process, reasonable plant parameters, raised efficiency, lowered tail ore grade and raised concentrated rock yield.
