Abstract:
    The utility model relates to a using equipment used in mining industry, especially the pneumatic cover plate air valve of the jig used for mineral processing. It comprises two or more sets of valve bodies(1, 9), driving device, cover plate(3, 11), air inlet pipe(5, 13), discharge pipe(6, 14). The air inlet pipe(5) opening of the first valve body is the valve seat of the valve body. The air outlet pipe(6) of the first valve connects with the air chamber(8) and the air inlet pipe(13) of the second valve body. The air inlet pipe mouth of the second valve is the valve seat of the second valve body. The air outlet pipe(14) of the second valve body communicates with the atmosphere, and each cover plate of the valve body is connected to the corresponding driving device. The wind at certain pressure pushes the cover plate to move upwardly, and the direction of the wind pressure is the same with the moving direction of the cover plate, which makes the cover plate open rapidly. The cover plate blocks the valve seat downwardly. Because the moving direction of the cover plate is opposite to the direction of the wind pressure, the closing speed of the cover plate is slow. So the opening speed of the cover plate is fast, and the closing speed is slow, which can rightly meet the working requirement of the jig.
