Abstract:
     The invention relates the method of reforming the surface of coal and unit to improve the clean coal recovery ratio in the procedure of coal flotation. The method comprises the following steps: 1 adding the adjuvant into the mixture of pea coal, the granularity of which is less than 0.5mm, and water; 2 starting the reformed machine; 3 putting the mixture into the reformed machine at tangential direction for 0.5-1.5 minutes, and the linear speed of impeller being 10-25m/s; 4 taking the mixture from discharging tube of reformed machine to floatation machine. The adjuvant is coal oil, light diesel oil or capryl alcohol. The method is used to reform the coal particle surface in the mixture of water and coal after selecting coal.
