Abstract:
     The invention relates to a mineral concentration method of vanadium stone coal, which comprises that: using jaw breaker or hammer breaker to break large ores into 30mm ones; using ball grinder to grind the broken ors into 0.074mm (2-deals) ones to be made into ore pulp; using wet superfine classifier as hydraulic cyclone in small size (diameter) to classify the ore pulp, to make the overflow particles to 0.03mm below; the overflow part is the finished ore, which can be used to smelt ore and extract vanadium. The invention is environment friendly, which can reduce the producing cost, improve the vanadium yield, and improve the competitive power of outer steel industry.
