| A sorting and comprehensive utilization process for gas slime of blast furnace relates to sorting and comprehensive utilization for gas slime of blast furnace gas washing water by precipitation and condensation, comprising the steps of: floatation agent is added into gas slime after condensation, and then send to flotation machine or floatation tank , the coal power is floatable on the surface and scraped by the floatation scraper to the coal powder tank, said coal powder is precipitated and dehydrated to give coal powder; the gas slime processed by floatation is fed into high-level mixing and sorting barrel to separate iron ore concentrate by two-stage gravity iron-separation; then, residual tail slime is processed by press filtration and dehydration which can be used as building materials. In obtained coal powder of present invention, carbon content can be up to more than 70%, recovery percent is about 60%, the rate of iron ore concentrate to total iron is between 55% and 63%, carbon is 3 to 12, recovery percent of iron can and iron ore concentrate can be up to 40 to 50 % and 50 to 70% respectively. The iron ore concentrate is provided with high recovery rate and in low cost. | |||
