Abstract:
    A plastic separator is composed of a main body with top feeding inlet, internal empty cavity containing the weight substance and stirrer and front discharge outlet, a dual-layer casing containing heat-conducting medium in it, a sinking-floating pool containing liquid, a heater under the back end, and a rotational unit under the middle. Its separating method features that based on the principle that different kinds of plastics have different smelting points, the all kinds of plastics are heated and the plastics with low smelting point is first molten and attached to the weight substance. When they are poured into said sinking-floating pool, the molten plastics are sunk down and the non-molten plastics are floating.
