Abstract:
    Provided are a rice polisher for polishing rice which is a preprocess necessary for producing pre-white rice having a favorable taste by using a small amount of water, a pre-polished rice producing apparatus that uses the rice polisher, a leveling device capable of uniformly leveling grains, and a pre-polished rice producing facility. The rice polisher includes: a supply mechanism which has supply raw white rice, a rice washing part for agitating the raw white rice supplied from the supply mechanism together with polishing water and washing the white rice; the apparatus body for accommodating a dehydration part and a drying part, said dehydration part is connected with the rice washing part and dehydrates the raw white rice supplied from the rice washing part, said drying part is connected with the dehydration part and drying the raw white rice supplied from the dehydration part. The rice polisher is characterized in that, the said rice washing part is disposed on the support axes of the said apparatus body, and the said rice washing part centering around the support axes is rotatable, then the rice polisher can be assembled and disassembled relative to the apparatus of the said rice washing part.
