Abstract:
     A nutritive health-care wheat flour is prepared from wheat grains through peeling with a special-purpose kneading machine, spraying a solution of edible Na2CO3, laying aside for 8-10 hr, and grinding from outer to inner layer by layer in a special grinder. Its advantages are rich nutrients including protein, vitamines and minerals, and low content of sugar, especially suitable for fatty person and diabetic.
