| The technological process for cleaning grain wheat includes the following procedures: removing impurity, peeling, dehydrogenation, decarbonization and removing chromosome, and it is characterized by that it utilizes the air classification equipment to remove impurity, and adopts rice peeling machine to peel wheat, and uses soluble dehydrogenase or chromium humitrioxide to implement dehydrogenation, and utilizes high-pressure water washing process to make decarbonization and uses 4% bleaching powder solution to flush said grain to remove chromosome. Said invention can obtain a pure clean impurity-free non-toxic harmless and colourless green flour, its flour yield ratre is up to 10% and its purity is up to 98%. | |||
