Abstract:
     The present invention is rice jelly sheet steaming production process and machine. The production process includes pulping soaked rice in pulping machine, stirring the pulp in stirrer, pressing rice jelly sheet in pressing box, initial steaming in the upper steaming box, shaping in the shaping machine, boiling in the pot, re-steaming in the lower steaming box and cooling in the cooked rice jelly sheet pool.
