Abstract:
     A method for processing polished rice grains includes wetting the rice grains for softening their surfaces, heating the pasty particles to more than 60 deg.C, mixing them, stirring, separating the rice grains from pasty particles, and grinding the rice grains to make their surface smooth and bright. Its apparatus is composed of wetting unit, stirrer, and separating/grinding unit.
