     The invention is a method for producing product rich in oat effective functional component. The process includes following steps: (a) the oat particles is crashed into particles with cutting force and pressure; (b) separates the particles according to the size of the particle; (c) collects the tiny power and raw powder. The invention uses the biology and physical characters of the oat. It needs no water, solvent, and it does not relate to chemical reaction, the process is simple, and product quality is high.
