Abstract:
    The utility model discloses a vertical rice mill which comprises a base, a power transmission apparatus and a whitening chamber. The whitening chamber is composed by rice milling roll and screen shoe ;its base is connected with housing. The housing is connected with feeder and discharge apparatus. The rice milling roll is connected with a spindle of a drive device. The bottom of screen shoe is connected with the base, and the base is connected with bearing seat which is sleeve in the spindle. An apparatus for sucking the rice polishings is set up in the housing. Owing to have adopted the coaxial location of the rice milling roll and screen shoe, it thoroughly solved the problem of qualitative problem directly influenced by the inhomogeneous white rolling caused by the changing of the space of the whitening chamber when the rice milling roll division and screen shoe division are set squint when the operation of the existing vertical rice whitening machine white rolling. It overcame the originally poor mechanical stability of some equipment, and the weak point of frequent maintenance by man, and simultaneous the apparatus for sucking the rice polishings in the housing can discharge the large numbers of rice polishings created in processing effectively, duly and thoroughly.
