Abstract:
    A vertical rice mill comprises :body, feeding and discharge mechanism, sieve plate and emery roll for rice milling which surrounded by sieve plate. The emery roll for rice milling is vertically install in the body. A whitening chamber is formed between the emery roll for rice milling and the sieve plate. Its main feature is that a spiral groove is arranged on excircle of the emery roll for rice milling. The major advantage of the utility model is that :1. The spiral groove or a spray ventilaton hole set in the emery roll can harden the tumbling of the granule which can sufficiency white the granule and eliminate the irregular whitening. 2. The pressure of the whitening chamber, increased by the spiral groove on the emery roll smoothed the discharge of rice polishings, decreased the content of rice polishings of finished product.
