Abstract:
    The invention relates to a machine used to remove the case of fox-nut, wherein said fox-nut is fresh one; and it is washed and stored in refrigerator; it uses the stainless steel disc blade tool formed by two blades, and relative mould; the blade tool rotates along the mould direction, to roll the fox-nut into mould to cut the case, and the cut case has two parts and 2/5 circle, while the middle one is broken. Therefore, the invention can remove the case from corn. The mould is inward arc larger than blade tool, with anti-slide groove, made from metal or rigid plastic. Four inventive machines can be controlled by one man, while process fox-nut 120kg each hour.
