| A method for increasing the production of vertical grinder air transport system is public in this invention. It is suitable for the air transport system of materials in such industries as metallurgy, chemical engineering, light industry and cement. In the method, the wind rate and pressure are controlled to regulate the pressure gradient and distribution of air flow in both the vertical grinder system and the grinder, to make most of the system be in the state of negative pressure. In addition, through regulating the pressure gradient in the pipe system which is under the charge of induced draught fan, let the zero pressure zone to be at the outlet section. With the said method, the system can obtain an optimum state of air flow, such as uniform wind rate, stable pressure and no eddy. Its energy consumption is decreased and its yield can be increased from 10 tons/hour to 16 tons/hour. | |||
