Abstract:
     This invention relates to the structure and assembly of a rubber lining plate requiring no fixation holes on cylinder of ball mill and rod mill used in thermal electric power, mine, cement, ceramics, chemical and stone crushing industries. Said rubber lining plate adopts flat taper structure. At time of assembly, the metal fixing strip provided with screw holes is welded on inner side of mill cylinder to fix the fubber lining plate. Fixed in this manner, the lining plate gives more thrust to milling mass when in operation, thus increasing lifting height, impact force of milling mass. A 30% saving of rubber material can be expected. As there is no need to drill screw holes on cylinder for assembly, the strength of cylinder is raised and any leakage of ash and water etc. is eliminated.
