Abstract:
     The invention relates to high wear-resisting hammer sheet used in crasher and its manufactural method. Its character is that through surface-metallurgy a layer of wear-resisting alloy is fritted on the working head of hammer sheet. Such a hammer sheet has the characters of uniform wt. and high and even hardness. It H.R.C. can reach about 70. Actual working effect is better than that of build-up welded evidently. Its service life is increased. A lot of steel material saved, and the production cost of the user lowered. The technique is smiple, stable, realiable, and suitable for production in batch. It consumes less alloy and its fritting quality is easy to control without any "dilution" phenomenon of coating and the qualified rate is high. It is suitable for not only the preparation of new hammer sheet, but also the repair of old one, so it has very high technical and economical benefit.
