| The invention relates to a method for raising milling efficiency, especially for milling lead-zinc ore. During the milling operation, sodium silicate of 500-1000 g/t, or 10-12C alkylamine of 300-200 g/t, ether amine of 150-450 g/t are introduced in the minerals to be milled and the pulp concentration is controlled to 65-75% and pH value 5-11. The invented method may raise the processing quantity by 7-12% and save energy by 6.7-10.8%. The additives used are the regular agents for ore dressing in small quantity with no adverse effect on the following processing. | |||
