Abstract:
     The fan-type coal grinder presently used in China and abroad can not satisfy all the requirements of the furnace due to its structure of single stage grinding. This invention provides a two-stage vertical fan-type grinder with a production rate of 200 kg/h. It is featured in combination, through a connecting tube, of two single stage coal grinding mechanisms to form an integral one for continuous performance of such processes as drying, crushing, conveying, coal feed and supply of the first blast for combustion. The coal grain can be as fine as 200 mesh number and the first blast pressure at the outlet can be over 300 KPa. The whole system is versatile for various operational arrangements and adjustable for coal feed and coal grain size.
