Abstract:
     The invention metallic mineral grinding technology utilizes white iron, grey iron and scrap steel and iron as raw materials to cast truncated cone bodies as fine grinding media in grinder. Its filling rate in grinder is 30-40%. The size of media is gained through calculation according to the hardness of raw materials, feeding mineral granularity and working condition of grinder, and further matched with technical factors of grinder such as length diameter ratio, rotating speed of grinder, feeding mineral granularity etc., so that the fine ground products reaching-200 mesh occupies 75-90%, the technical efficiency of grinder is raised, and cost of mineral grinding is lowered. A raised economic benefit way is obtained for such metallic mineral where in the output mineral tends to get diluted daily and the ore guantity tends to increase day by day.
