Abstract:
     Hot-fixing technique of nylon ball-mill container which is made of modified nylon is as follows: removing water from molten material to prepare reactive material; cocatalyst mixed with filler; forming and polymerizing raw materials in mold; heat-treating; the body fixed with bottom of the container by means of hot-fixing technique. Said nylon container provides nylon ball mill jar with high strength, high toughness, abrasion-resistance for electronic ceramics industry, the quality of produced electronic elements can be improved along with improved working environment and dereased noise, and cut-down production costs.
