Abstract:
     The invention relates to a ball milling method with materials not previously dried. The proportioned materials are directly fed into the mill and the heat generated during milling due to friction is used to evaporate any water content and the gas mixture is forcedly ventilated and dust collected, finally exhausted to ambinent spaace. To reduce heat loss, thermal insulation is applied to the mill casing and the mixng air duct. In the design, a fire stove is provided as the auxiliary heat source for the mill. With this method, fuel and electric energy are saved. It is widely applicable to the ball milling of cement, phosphate fertilizer and other material.
