Abstract:
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of wear-resisting high-carbon chrome maganese alloy and its cast ball. Its compounding ratio is that C is 1.8-2.2%, Cr 4.5-5.5%, Mn 4-5%, Si 0.5-1.4%, S is less than 0.1%, P is less than 0.1%, Cu is 0.3%, Mo is 0.2%, Re is 0.2% and the rest is Fe. It selects an optimum compounding ratio of chemical ingredients, adopts rational cast and thermal treatment methods so as to improve its hardness and toughness and raise its wear-resistance and powder-grinding efficiency, and can be extensively used in the industries of metallurgy, electric power and cement etc.. only its wear-resistance used in cement industry is 9-10 times that of general forged ball, and when it is used in iron ore, its wear-resistance is 4-5 times that of medium-carbon ball.
