Abstract:
     The present invention uses completely the technological process for making grinding wheel, the soft abrasive as brown alundum or white alundum is selected, its characteristic is the large grain size W 20-30 mesh, the cuboid grinding wheel reamer is firstly made up, which is then sticked on a rectanglar wood base. The advantages are that the surface of the grinding wheel reamer is rough, thus increasing the friction force with the grains, the grinding wheel reamer and central abrasive roller form double face grinding to the grain, hence the work efficiency is doubled, the energy consumption and man-hour are relatively decreased and the service life of the grinding wheel is long, it is 20 times larger than that of rubber reamer.
