Abstract:
     Toothed roller and grid plates of thermal crusher for sintering machine in metallurgical machinery industry consist of big gear, key, bearing seat, roller, teeth, sheathes, grid plate bodies, grate plates and flange. The big gear is fixed to the roller by the key and the teeth are uniformly welded to the roller. The roller, teeth and grid plate body have respective water inlet and outlet. Sheathes and flanges are fixed to both ends of the roller. Two grate plates are symmetrically welded to the grid plate body. The flange is fixed to base. It features low cost and long service life.
