Thus, the modification effect of No.1 RE is raised, and effect of fining of crystal grain, purification of crystal boundary is resulted, hardenability and uniformity in texture and performance. The aK is greater than 18 (J/cm to the power 2), HRC is 46-54, the service life is increased by two folds.
